Limits

You can set limits on your play in the Limits section of your account. Our Gaming Limits page explains the tools in more detail.

Time-out

If you want a short break, choose a time-out of at least 24 hours in the Limits section under Close my Account. Your account is suspended straight away, and you cannot log in until the break ends.

Self-exclusion

For a longer break, you can exclude yourself for a set period, either in the Limits section or through our support team. While you are excluded, your account is suspended and you cannot open a new one. Pending withdrawals still go through, unless we need verification documents first. To extend an exclusion, contact support. To reopen your account afterwards, ask support: a fixed-period exclusion has a 24-hour cooling-off period and an indefinite one has seven days. We also remove you from our marketing lists. We recommend excluding yourself from other gambling sites where you hold an account too.
